Your Role in Our Evolution:

• You will be responsible for developing a new patient and therapist facing web frontend, ensuring it aligns with the aesthetic and functionality of our upcoming Flutter mobile application. This project represents a significant evolution of our digital interfaces, focusing on cohesive user experiences across all platforms, with display sizes ranging from mobile phones to TVs.
• With your deep knowledge of React, you will craft a modern, fast and responsive web application that not only meets but elevates the standards of our digital ecosystem. This is an opportunity to redefine our web presence with a fresh, engaging design that complements our innovative mobile efforts.
• The transition from our existing AngularJS applications to React isn't about a direct replication. You're tasked with reinterpreting their core functionalities within a modernized context, guided by our new UI/UX direction. This approach aims for an updated, refreshing user experience that leverages the latest web technologies.
• Working closely with the product team and our new UI/UX designer, you will play a critical role in ensuring this digital transformation resonates with our users, enhancing accessibility, and engagement in the digital healthcare space.

What We’re Looking For:

• A web developer or engineer with expertise in React, ready to lead the development of a web platform that perfectly complements our new mobile application in both style and function.
• While familiarity with AngularJS is beneficial for working with the existing code base, your primary focus will be on utilizing React to reimagine and elevate our web application, aligning with the modern UI/UX vision for our digital products.
• A background in full-stack development is essential, as you'll contribute to discussions on API design and implement websockets for real-time functionality. Your technical insights will be invaluable in creating an interactive, responsive experience for our users.
• Experience with hybrid server-side and client-side rendering is appreciated to tackle both SEO and connectivity concerns, particularly in places of low cellular or WiFi coverage, as well as to optimize the experience for potentially aging browser platforms such as Smart TVs.
• Experience in OAuth 2 and OpenID Connect, as well as passkeys and biometric authentication is helpful in order to fortify our platforms against security threats while providing a seamless authentication experience.
• Collaboration and initiative is key. You'll integrate closely with our mobile, backend and the product team, especially our UI/UX designer, to ensure the project's success, embodying our commitment to innovation and excellence in healthcare technology.
• The ability to speak German in a B1/B2 level is beneficial, but not necessary for your day to day work.
